When will I get my letter?
Letters go out after the 27th each month. Canada & US: 2–5 business days. International: about 2 weeks. Good things take a little time ✉️
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Anytime — just email strawbellacanada@gmail.com before the 27th cutoff and we'll take care of it.
Is this a physical letter?
Yes — a real printed letter plus goodies, mailed to your door. No tracking, just old-school happy mail.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Choose the International plan and we'll write to you wherever you are 🌍
Where do you ship?
Everywhere 🌍 In Canada, choose the Membership. Outside Canada — the US included — the International plan ships worldwide.
Can I send you a letter, too?
